Antibiotic Resistance and Health Promoting Germs

Antibiotic Resistance and Health Promoting Germs
Most people today would be aware of the fact that antibiotics over use has reached a stage where because it has happened over a lot of years, we now have bugs resistant to our antibiotics yet so many people when they go to the doctor feeling off, wanting antibiotics, in fact I know of several people who changed doctors because theirs probably correctly wouldn’t prescribe them so they went to another to get them. Whilst the pills we take have no doubt exacerbated the situation it isn’t the only cause and most likely the main cause.

The reason why I personally eat very little red meat or chicken is because of the amount of antibiotics they are given. I can almost hear people wondering if that is right and yes it is right, you see when they give the animals certain antibiotics, particularly in feed lots where because they are in such close density once a bug comes in with one animal it spreads like wildfire and is then costly and takes time making the feed lot unproductive so they give the animals antibiotics to prevent this weather they are sick or nit. The problem with this is it kills much of the good digestive enzymes and bacteria in their gut and instead of a proper digestion taking place so many of the half digested elements of nutrition in their gut as it passes into the blood system where they become toxic to the body and gets into the cells but isn’t as easy to be removed so the cell becomes gradually inflamed and sick. Over time this causes the animals to get fatter, put on weight so it is rather profitable to the farmers and it is wide spread in use as an aid to their bottom line profit and perfectly legal.

We then come along and eat the meat and absorb the same damaged cells full of the residual of the antibiotics and wonder why we too get fat or obese and antibiotic resistant when we don’t take antibiotics to excess? When this happens it also weakens our body’s immune to the point where we become vulnerable to such diseases as Heart disease, Cancer, Arthritis and many more.

Recently Research Scientists have revisited old scientific literature on how they used very large doses of both pre and probiotics to build up the immune, kill the yeast build up in the gut, recreate proper gut flora, correct digestion and so better health. In 1982 Bulgarian physician Ivan Bogdanov printed a book informing the world of the results of an experiment where he tested specially bred Probiotics to treat 100 patients suffering many different types of cancer and found the results stunning with results ranging from partial remission to outright cures, just by getting the right bacteria into the gut and supporting the immune system and this had been well researched before this as an article recently read shows research over just the last 30 years in numerous countries including Bulgaria, Denmark, Russia, Japan, and the United States show that anticancer properties have also been credited to special strains of probiotics.

The article also states that Probiotics helps many types of cancer and was found to be valuable in re-establishing gut flora and counter the bad effects of radiation and chemotherapy; where other therapies had failed and lead to remission and cures. Reinforcing the need for a good exercise program to assist the Lymphatic system remove the toxic left overs from antibiotics, restoring the PH balance and improving circulation so the body can heal. I recommend you read the article at http://www.i-sis.org.uk/probioticsRev.php the connection between gut bacteria, sleep and the immune system is really fascinating with claimed benefits including:

Some of the claimed benefit of probiotics are:

1. augments the immune system
2. prevents and controls diarrhoea
3. prevents osteoporosis
4. fights fungal/yeast/candida infections
5. alleviates anxiety
6. prevents arterial disease, lowering cholesterol
7. inhibits food pathogens and enhances food preservation
8. inhibits tumours and carcinogenesis
9. produces natural antibiotic-like agents that fight and prevent bacterial infections
10. promotes/aids liver function and detoxification
11. prevents osteoporosis
12. promotes longevity
